Aaron – Country Head, CEMS India; Aaron comes to us with an extensive background in travel and hospitality that he has accumulated through a lifetime of globetrotting and work within the hospitality industry.  Although Aaron has a degree in Political Science and Russian Studies, he has found himself lending his skills towards the immense task of rickshaw event organization and hopes to promote some social responsibility along the way.

Aravind - Founder of the Rickshaw Challenges in 2006 and senior director of CEMS, Aravind is one of the most experienced and dedicated motor sports tour managers on the planet. Known for his sense of adventure and epic parties, he’s also the person who can really make things happen in a place like India. If it’s got a motor, a bad road and a party at the end you can almost guarantee he’ll have been there at least once.

Chelsea

Chelsea - Manager-Communications, CEMS; Chelsea joins the award-winning team from Colorado with a background in history, geography, hospitality and writing. She has lived on 3 continents (so far) and considers travel to be an integral part of her life. Chelsea will no doubt continue to elevate the Rickshaw Challenge to even more successful and recognizable heights.
